Veterans of the Salt Lake City hardcore scene, Villain came together as a local super group of sorts to not only pay homage to their influences and predecessors, but to cast off any bonds that might hold them to the past, and to define their own path forward. Not hardcore and not metal, Villain exists comfortably in both camps, and in spaces well-beyond.
